Returns & Exchanges
At Mott Optical Group, we want you to love your new frames. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Pack Your Frames
Securely place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth into the original shipping box along with a copy of your packing slip.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our optical lab inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
